On Sunday, 10th District Congressional Candidate Malcolm Derk received the endorsement of the Wilkes-Barre Times Leader.

In fact, our panel was nearly unanimous in its support of the little-known, lesser-funded Derk, one of three Republicans seeking the party’s nomination in this month’s primary.” (more…)

Derk Criticizes Carney for his Vote on the Senate Health Care Bill

Today, Commissioner Malcolm Derk strongly criticized Chris Carney for his support of the Senate-passed health care bill.

“The people of Northeastern and Central PA do not want this $940 billion government takeover bill. This legislation will not lower premiums for working families, will not bend the cost curve, but will allow for tax-payer financed abortions. Chris Carney says he is pro-life; his vote on this legislation says otherwise,” Malcolm Derk said. “Chris Carney even had the opportunity to support a bipartisan amendment that would stop tax-payer funded abortions. He voted no.” (more…)
